I have been reading, erasing, and writing AM29F800BB chips for a while now, but as of late the "Erasing time" takes 0.00 seconds without actually erasing the chip. I'm unsure if my programmer is damaged but I can still read the chips just fine.

I have purchased a new unit and the behavior is the same. I am unable to erase/write to AM29F800BB/T chips.

After "erasing" the VPP and VCC lights remain on.
