Hi colleagues, i've a problem with my GQ-4X. I need reschedule a cFeon Q32B-104HIP but it hasn't available in the Software Re. 6.38. Only is available in the new version software Re.7.07 but my GQ-4X don't work with it.
This is the data of the my GQ-4X.
GQ-4X Re-2.20(SW Re. 6.38)
USB Driver Re.2.0
Software Re. 6.38
What do i do?

It's basically the same chip from another manufacturer. |

In 7.07 I only see F32B-100HIP not Q32B-104HIP.
Did you try W25Q32 in 6.38? |

I've a Q32B-104HIP but in the Software Re. 6.38 it hasn't this, and in the software Re.7.07.
I can see Q32B-104HIP but my GQ-4X don't work with the new software Re.7.07 |

Q32B-104HIP or Q32B-100HIP? In 7.07 it's Q32B-100HIP. |
