Hello.
I am having a problem writing this M27C1024 chips.
Bought 10 NEW EMPTY ones and I can read the original with the ADP-054.
When I try to flash the empty ones I always get error like :
Write failed, Address=0x000200, Buffer=0xB1 Device=0xFF
Write failed
Tried another chip, same error.
Cleaned all contacts.
Tested programmer for voltage etc.
And as I said, I can read the original just fine.
Blank check does not help for s%%% as it tells me chip is blank even without the adapter attached to the programmer.
Can see many people had problems with this chips but nobody posted a solution.
Any help appreciated.

Looks like the address A9 has problem.
Check A9 pin voltage while reading the chip at slowest speed. The A9 pin should have voltage changing while reading.
The A9 pin you can find from software menu Test H/W-> Test H/W pinout:
