Hello to all of you!
I need to program a 25L1005amc on a gq-4x rev 2 and i have a problem. The id is seen corectly but it doesn't write. It fail at verify. I read the original contens without a problem then I erased it without any errors but it's not writing to the chip. After it's done writing and gives the verify failed message if I read the chip it is blank. Any ideas? Thank you! |

Dear MCUmall, i have the same problem, i have read all post about this problem (MX25L1005AMC), and I didnt see solutions!! Do you have any solutions? Thanks in advance |
