Posted - 10/24/2016 : 05:36:33 my ID is almost the same except its a 3 at the end and not a 4. I tried installing that driver but my computer doesn't seem to able to detect it. |

Posted - 10/23/2016 : 23:31:55 Right click on the unknown device->properties->Hardwar ID
You should see this:
GQ-4X Hardware ID from device manager:
48109 bytes
If this is OK, then install this driver: http://www.mcumall.com/downloads/download.asp?DownloadID=55
