is there a 28f102 equivalent that offers read protection via programmer?
i thought i had found one before but could not find a decent supplier.

i am sorry this is wrong forum, but not sure where else to ask this question.

If it wasn't readable with a programmer it also would not be readable by your target application.
The only devices with this capability are microcontrollers with internal memory.
