I have a GQ-4X I got a about a year ago that worked well in Win 7 and version 2.01 burner software. I recently upgraded to Win 10. Now I get a "download new software from server" message when I plug in the programmer. When I look at all available software downloads that include Win 10, I see a message "Does not work on older versions of GQ-4X." I don't see a way to tell if I have an "old" or "new" GQ-4X. Is there a software upgrade that should work? Thanks!
