Open up an MS-DOS prompt and type in: erase c:\top\topwinen\top2004.cfg
The top2004.cfg file is hosed... if you have it in a different directory then browse to it and delete it.
I actually created a batch file on my old PC's desktop with that erase command in it then dragged it onto the start menu into the Topwin folder there. That way I can always find the command to kill that cfg file.
Now if I could just get the driver to work with Windows Vista... hrmmm....
