hello
I have a problem reading an28f010 PLCC32 chip.
I can not read correctly, I read several times and read many different file.
which may be the problem?

Hi.
In my view, Will it be that your chip is damaged? I hope that there is a backup of the things in your chip. I think you can back up a few more chips next time.
