try to read this with GQ-4x4 and ADB-019 adapter. But get id error and it reads FFFF only.

Chip and adapter are clean and in right position? Jumper?

jumper 5v and 29f, adapter clean and right position.

Your chip must be toast. Do you have access to another chip?
