Hello Folks,
I have a Willem programmer PCB version 3.0
The programmer has always gone well but for some time I have some problems...

I tried to write EPROMs ...
But she nailed herself when I tried to write it never did.
I burned some Eprom 27c64.
To power it, I use an excellent PSU of 9VDC 1.4A
By testing the hardware, I try to get these voltages out ... what do you think?
I repeat until some time ago I programmed any type of ROM like 27C128 27c256 and 27c512

I tested all the ICs (CD4503,Cd4015,74hC04,4014,34063) on another working programmer pcb5.0 and they all worked.

The transistors s8550 and s8050 are working ... no shorts.
Diodes is Ok.
Software in use is EPROM ver. 97ja

Voltages at the VCC pins of the IC chips are all correct?

Follow the VCC back to the regulator to find out where the voltage drops.

I think I fell into the trap of forgetfulness. I had written a 2732. Then I read a 27c64 with the settings of a 2732 in the jumpers setting ... this way I damaged it the moment I went to read it.
I took it for granted that he was damaged due to a Willem failure

the stabilizer 7805 start top Output +5.03v ..OK
to pass Transistor Q3 (S8550 ) base +4.70v , emettitor +5.03v, collector +0.20v

So it looks like a normal voltage drop for the design.

I believe the 1N4148 and Zener 5.2v diodes could be changed
to raise the voltage up to 4.80v.
Do you think I can write some EPROMs 2764/27128 with these voltages?

The best way to find out is to try.

ok false alarm WORK !!! ....
Only error I programmed a 2732 and I forgot to put the jumper back in the Default position. Later I only tried to read a 2764 ... forgetting the Jumper settings even if I had selected the 12-position Switch correctly.
With the jumpers selected in this way, whatever you put in the ZIF socket, even reading only burns 2764/27128/27256/27512

Hello ...a questions !
For Willem Programmer pcb 3.0 this mods are these changes necessary?
In short, are they recommended?

It depends on the software version you are using for one and on the chips you want to program for the other.
