I have a Top 2004 Programmer and using the TopWinEn 1.50 (downloaded from www.ty51.com), but i always get the error while programming at the address 10000.
The chip is SST49LF004B. It isn't listed on the supported list, but i surely know they use the same programmer with SST49LF004A.
The SST49LF004B has 512KB memory size. It seems the programmer stopped programming at 64KB. (address 10000). You can try use type 49LF002A/49LF003A/49LF008A to program it. See any different. All those chips write command should be same and only the memory size is different. If all stoped at same address, I'll suspect the chip been sector proteected.
Tnx for your suggestions. But i tried it in different ways. But nothing changes. I don't think the chip has sector protection. I tried with some other chips and they are empty chips.
I have now the version 1.60 and supports SST49LF004B. But i have the same problem. The programmer does everthing to the chip (reading, erasing, verifiying) except programming.
