 18f2525 trouble		  Forum Locked

I have a PRG-017 programmer, and I can't get it to program my 18f2525. I've programmed a bunch of other pics, and this is the first time I've had a problem. It will program, but everytime during the programming when it gets to the part of verifying, it either says ROM error or EEPROM error. I'm really getting frustrated with this stupid thing. Anyone have any clue what the problem might be? Thanks

Open the file CHIPINFO.cid, and find the section for 18F2525.

Increase the parameter ProgramDelay value.

Eg.
ProgramDelay=50
