Hi Can somebody please explain how to READ MX25L1605 with PCB50?

is this what i need
TOOL-012 SOIC8 SMD Programming/Testing Clip

If so where do i connect the clip to on the programmer???

Yes. That will work. Clip the chip on the SOIC clip and then connect the wire directly to the SPI pin header on the programmer.
