which speed would be the best speed to program 2732a on a gx4 programmer? also what is the difference between a 250ns and a200ns eprom? thank you tony

"250ns and a 200ns" are speed of eprom operation. The speed in software is refering to programming speed. So, all speeds of programming should be OK as long as EPROM can be programmed and verified.
