I have the GQ-4X, Re.5.03B software
and and a plugin 9vdc 200ma external power sourse.

I have 3 roms to burn to restore cpu,
I'm using AM2716BDC 12.5 pgm
Chips,they verify blank but will not wright
it starts the process but then craps out...

any ideas

The GQ-4X should be able to write those chips.

Download the latest software and try.
