The configuration values for PRG-017

hello
I need the values for configure the software for use the PRG-017 USB pic programmer. The original software don't work in Ubuntu/Linux and I need configure Piklab.
MCLR (Vpp) = ?
Power (Vdd) = ?
clock = ?
Data out: ?
Data in = ?
Data R/W = ?

The PRG-017 USB pic only tested with Windows OS.
It may work with Linux but I do not know how.

I only need this values. With the values can work in Linux or other programs in windows. But need the values.

Iam lokking forward to get a prg-017, is there now a way to use it with any tool under linux x86?
