HELLO.

I WORKING TO ENHANCED WILLEM PROGRAMER
The USB POWER IT ARE OF OPERATION.
THIS FUNCTION ING In the PROGRAMMER INITIALLY When BINDING Pc
The LEDS DOES NOT LIGHT BUT WHEN SYSTEM OPERACINAL (Windows 98/XP) IF PRIMARY The LEDS IF ERASE And the PROGRAMMER DOES NOT FUNCTION. Please, What HE HAPPENED?
