Sorry for my very bad english...
I have a board with NEC Emma2ll processor ( D6115 ) and a flash M29W320DT. It's possible read and write the flash with the Jtag adapter with GQ-4X programmer ?

No. The current JTAG on GQ-4X is only for CPLD devices.
