Hi I just received my TOP2004 USB programmer. I also purchased 3 Universal TSOP adaptor TSOP48 30 32.(from ebay) The problem is the socket adaptor pcb has 48 DIL pins . My TOP2004 has only 40 pin ZIF socket the adaptor pcb doesn NOT fit in because it has extra 8 pins on it. What can I do? Any help plz Also can I change my TOP2004 ZIF socket from 40 pin to 48 pin zif without damaging it? Please advise
The TOP2004 does not support TSOP48 flash chips. TSOP32 yes. But you need thye right one. The only way you can use the adapter is modification of adapter. Not the programmer.
