Hi, I'm looking at the devices list in the GQ programmer and I do not see a specific listing for a AM29F016D. I only see the B variant.

I know that the D is just a newer version/update to the B and is generally a drop in replacement for things that use B. But can I program D with the B preset?

I need to know this before I place an order for some chips.

They use same programming algrithm. So, AM29F016D works when you select AM29F016B from software.
