I think that is a pair of power transistors.

I was thinking about an optocoupler or a pair of transistors. But I will like to know it real part number to change it.

Did you find out? Traces would suggest a PI5A124 from Pericom. A little circuit tracing should reveal the type of part but the IC screen print says it is probably not diodes transistors or opto.
