SST27SF256 burn problem

Hi,
I have an EasyPro 90b and having an 'program error' when programming.
Chip is an SST27SF256
When programming, the first byte only programs, rest wil stay empty. When i program all FF it gives no error.
I do not get an clear error code or message, only 'program error'
