I have a ~Dreambox~ satellite receiver with TE28F640 flash memory. This flash is used to store the bootloader and the operating system of the receiver.
At the moment the 28F640 is started to get faulty and to loose very often the content (the settings and the operating system).
I would like to buy a new one for replacement but it will come blank so before i solder it i would like to program it (to clone the old one).
Can you recommend me a very simple programmer for 28F640, preferably on USB so i can use it on my laptop?
