The software seems to hang up whenever I plug in the programmer. I am running windows ten and I have tried a couple versions of the software(6.26,6.38). I am pretty sure I do not have the GQ-4x v4 because I tried to install the 3.0 driver for it instead of the 2.01 version and I could not get it to install. What can I do to try to fix this?

Your programmer hardware has some problem.

This was the first time that I used the programmer. Is there some way to get it replaced?
