been trying to burn a 2716 and a 2732. the write hangs, you have to close the program and unplug the usb and re-plug. reads fine, write other chips. i have external power. one of the chips was clearly marked A-21volts. the others are d, J, no voltage indicated. im really getting frustrated. tried two different laptops,no help. latest software, 6.38
