help me i 216/5000
Hello people
I need help my gq4x with adapt 54 do not want to save the 27c4096
He makes up to 100% and the chip remains white
What can it be
Because the recorder is
And the adapter I put new 74hc245 and did not solve

When it does the error check and the eprom remains blank
