hello he wanted to program an atmega with the programmer PRG-002 Dual Power Willem Universal EPROM Programmer and the adapterADP-026 QFP44-DIP adapter that software would have to use thank you

The Dual Power Willem does not support this Atmega162V chip. You may take a look on AVRISP programmer.
