Just need some help to find out if there is a compatible manufacturer in the database that can read chip:

Signetics N82S141 TTL PROM - Memory address mapping ROM

I have an old machine with this ROM in it Signetics N82S141N K8344 but I suppose from the bin notes it could also use NatSemi DM74S474 which I cannot find either. I really need the Signetics one as thats the chip I have.
