As you knew some of toyota cars are need a reflashing when lost keys , and I knew some people used Superpro/z to reflashing the Toyota cars.
So , I bought GQ-4x and Superpro/Z to use for reflashing , but I tried many time to reflashing AT25020 and 93C56 and 93C66 but result nothing.
So please i want to know if it is any specil file to do that ?

All AT25020 and 93C56 and 93C66 are supported on GQ-4X.
You may need to get a correct data file for writing back to those chips.
