My Work Is for programming serial eprom AT25020 ,25040 ,93c56 ,93c86 on Toyota computer , I tried many time to program with GQ-4X But always verifications failed and I don't know what is it wrong.
Also want to INform that these serial eprom can program through Superpro/z with same files.
So please any body tell me If it is any additional setting .

Those chips should work with no problem.

Haver you ever programmed any similar chips on your programmer without problem?
Did you use any adapter?
Can you confrim the chip pins contact and orientation as well?
