I need to flash this eprom, can you tell me the right lite to add at devicec.txt? Thanks.

Try this:
Name="AT34C02",ID="XXXX",Class="24C02",Category="SERIAL_EPROM",MFG="AT";

Use this line should work on Read the chip and Write to a unloacked chip. But it can not enable the Permanent Software Write Protection feature of this chip.
