ya lo solucione eltema es q el chips estan invertidas los pines con el encasulado suvo foto y ya mande video y foto al service de mcu para q este en al tanto

The MTF39VF040 is a 4 M bit Flash memory organized as 512K~8 bits. The MTF39VF040 uses single 3.0 volt-only power supply for both Read and Write functions. Featuring high Performance Flash Memory technology ,the MTF39VF040 provides a typical Byte-Program time of 11 ƒĘsec and a typical Sector-Erase time of 40 ms. The device uses Toggle Bit or Data # Polling to detect the completion of the Program or Erase operation .To protect against inadvertent write, the device has on-chip hardware and software data protection schemes. The device offers typical 100,000cycles endurance and a greater than 10 years data retention .The MTF39VF040 conforms to JEDEC standard pin outs for ~8 memories The MTF39VF040 is offered in package types of 32-PIN PDIP.
The MTF39VF040 devices are developed for applications that require memories with convenient and economical updating of program, data or configurations, e.g. Networking cards, CD-RW, Scanner, Digital TV, Electronic Books, GPS, Router/Switcher, etc.

hola MRZ selecione and it does the same problem, q does not read and read anything you have an idea that puedeser try to read a top programmer 2005 and GQ-4X) and does the same and the memory is fine for q ise back a memory of the device and placing it in a data strategy can a serial port but with no programmer


hola zlm ya lo selecione y hace el mismo problema , hace q lee y no lee nada para que tengas una idea que puedeser ,trate de leer con un programador top 2005 y con GQ-4X) y hace lo mismo y la memoria esta bien por q ise un back de la memoria colocandola en un dipositivo y pude estraer los datos por un puerto serie pero con los programadores no
