Hi, i have problems for program flash memory M29F032D in TSOP40,so when i send command for ERASE after the bar keep complete the program return a erro meand which "device have problem or not suport this function ".So this is not all,when i make a BLANK CHCECK in 40% show message" BLANK CHECK FAILED ".When i try to program in verification return error too.I don't know want should to do.I don't know whats wire is necessary for make connection between my PROGRAME GQ-4X and adaptor TSOP40B and TSOP-DIP adapter (suppor tsop 32,and 48,purchased from mcummall site).Somebody have idea whats are occuried? |

This is the first time I have tried this chip, mine got to 52% then it fails, any ideas??? Thanks |

Yes,i can get a id,but before the program are completed in verification of files ever show erro in 50%. I don't understand, allread programed some flashs and other ics. I have 10 of M29F032 and all show the same error code.Vefify falied in 50% and in erase show error meaning " CHIP DONT SUPPORT THIS COMMAND OR HAVE A ERROR " .Hey,please take a look in photos below. |

All three adapter jumpers need to be closed on TSOP40B.
The address wires A19,A20,A21 need to be connected between adapter and the programmer.

Did you select the "M29F032D" form software?
Can you get ID correctly?
