Im trying to read and write x28hc64
using a GQ-4X it shows up on my device list
but its a plcc32 the device list shows no adapter needed
I do have the plcc32 to 32 adapter when I read it shows all ff
when trying to write A GOOD KNOWN bin it errors out with
write falied 0x000000 buffer=0x02 device=0xFF
any help for this.

USE PLCC32-DIP28 adapter.
