I got 017E device ID, manufacture AMD, type unknown device. Selected S29AL032D..-03 device from the list, but I think it also works with 29LV320B or T. The chip version is S29GL032N...-03.

ADP-003/3102 TSOP48 8/16 bit adapter V2.0 (J3 in A19-A20 position, J2 in 29F, J1 in 5V).

What adapter you used? It seems A20 address line not connected.

The program doesnt answer at 25%, I unplug the writer, then it say "Device write cancelled, Address=0x1000D0". Always at this address. I tried it with 2 new IC's. Maybe adapter or writer problem?
