You can select the M27C256B from the software and use the PLCC32 adapter.

If you want, you can add following line into devices.txt file to get the PLCC32 listed in the software:

Name="M27C256B*PLCC32",ID="208D",Class="27C256",Category="EPROM",MFG="ST",VCC="5V",WVCC="6.2V",Adapter="ADP-029, ADP-006 PLCC32-DIP28";

but the chip that appears in the M27C256B is not PLCC32.
programmer GQ (no adapter required for chip dip)
I need adapter for PLCC32.
