Posted - 04/23/2010 : 10:19:14 I have a GQ-4X programmer. When I start the program, it starts normally. When I connect the programmer, a program hangs permanently, until programmer is disconnected. When it is disconnected, I get this error message:

I am using Windows 7 Enterprise x64. Everything works fine on my laptop running same version of windows, only x86. If I recall it correctly, this started when I updated system drivers. Now driver/software updates do not fix the problem.
Any solutions? |

Posted - 04/25/2010 : 14:09:04 The problem is that it works fine on other computer. Problems with this computer started when it's motherboard was replaced (without reinstalling OS). Everything else (webcams, printers, cameras, scaners, other programmers, etc.) works fine, but this one fails. |

Change to another USB cable/port and try again. |
