I have been trying to burn some hn27c4096g-12 chips and m27c4002 chips. I managed to burn two 4096 chips but the other two that I got wont burn, fails to verify or fails when writing at 20% - 50 %.
Also often times when I do a blank check it will say it isnt blank but i'll do another one right after and it will say that it is blank. ?!?

I tried different writing speeds same effect just takes longer to fail.

Removing the 10uf capacitor did the trick, worked perfectly.

I took the dc jack off and it's fine . It's on the board that it is connected together. Looks like the wrong jack was used.

The 27C4002 is a verified chip in the supported list. So, it should be supported. To reduce the compatibility problem, you can try to remove the 10uF capacitor from the adapter. That capacitor is no longer used.

If it still does not work, please send two of those chips to us to fix the problem. We will send them back after fixed the problem.

Check the DC Jack and see if the Jack is broken. The power supply should be 2.1mm center positive plug. Many user use the DC power supply with no problem. However, the 27C4002 does not need any external power supply.

I was able to get the two 4096 to program correctly after erasing them twice, once normal and once at an angle since the window isnt big enough and hides part of the chip surface.
But the 4002 wont verify, always programs correctly but always fails the verification, tried about 5 times. And according to other willem gq-3x users they were never able to have a 4002 pass verification either. Software bug maybe?

Also I noticed that both pins in the dc jack were actually connected together which caused a short and killed the psu I tried to use in the process.

The programmer should be fine since you have programmed two chips successfuly.

Chip is not erased completely? In crease the UV erase time to 20-30 minuts and see if it can pass the blank check every time.

Aslo, make sure the chip is inserted in ZIF has good contacting. See following video clip for the demo to avoid the contacting problem.
