I am new on this forum and say "Hello everyone!"

I have a problem with EEPROM DQ2816A. I programmed it all, until Device end 00000007FF, with 00 00 00 00 00 00...... .
When I try to writing the software saved before , receive error: Programming device - error!
ADDR=02C0h, DO=8Bh, DI=00h, ST=0000h.
I think I blocked memory.
After I programmed memory addresses 00 00 00... all, I can read it but I can't write the original software.

How can I write the original software again?
I need your advices.
Thank you in advance!
