Hello,
I am using G-4X, i am not able to erase any PLCC32 chips, normally erasing other chips like SOIC takes 19 to 20 sec, but any PLCC32 shows 100% (time it takes to reach that stage is 190 to 200 sec) and hangs there, if we remove the plcc adapter from the socket then it shows as done. but if you read the chip again the previous data is not erased. i have installed the program on lot of computers and tried but the result is same.this problem started form last two months, before i was able to erase and write the plcc32 chips.
thanks

Sometime the pin contacting and bad adapter also cause the problem.

What is your PLCC32 part number?
