Hi,

Is it possible for the GQ-4X to support the Samsung K8D6316UBM PI07 64M Bit Bit Dual Bank NOR Flash Memory 48 pin TSOP ?

Or do you advice me another programmer to do this?

No. Current GQ-4X does not support this NOR Flash memory.
