Hi, gentlemen
If any of you can confirm I could you both data from Tachosoft software and then use GQ-4X editor to edit that into a dump file?
Any conversions or tricks on finding the address for editing?
I assume both are in HEX

The GQ-4X software can edit hex/bin files. So, as long as your files are in either hex or bin, then the GQ-4X software should be able to edit it.
