I used the GQ-4X few months ago and it worked great. Today I tried using it on same system but after i plugged it in the USB the PC started toi want to load it as new HW and following the on screen instructions i get a message that i can't successfully install the HW. I updated the software from this website to lates version and still no luck. I have a Compaq system with AMD processor running XP with SP3. Also I had installed Norton security recently and I think it may have removed some files but i did re-install the programmer's SW and still no luck. Any advise? thnx

Change to another USB cable, or computer and see if it works.
Some low quality USB cable may case same problem.
