please help! Need help in programming atmega 8a-pu. What adapter need to use for programng with GQ-4X Willem Programmer ?

The ISP means In-System-Programming. Your chip must be in system. That means the chip needs a basic circuit to operate. A 5V Vcc, a main clock input if you have disabled the Internal RC Oscillator. And then connect those ISP programming connection pins.

trying to program the chip but it did not. connected pinout as shown in the program, but there is not specified pin to +5 v. question on which contact the programmer goes +5 v?

Atmega8 is supported in ISP programming mode. If you already have the chip in circuit, then you can directly connect the programmer to your chip. The connection diagram should be showed in software when you select the device.
