Hello,

I have large quantity of Intel QD27512-25
I get different error trying to write to them

Anyone can help me with settings for these ?

Hard to find any datasheet matching as well. Maybe I should throw them away for recycling ?

found datasheet and put it here:

If your chips are used, then it is hard to say all chips are in good condition.

Try followings:
1. use extra time to erase the EPROM, and do blank check before write new data.
2. use a external 9V power supply.
