May I ask why?
The Pomona 5733 adapter has been designed to clip onto soldered chips. There's no need to desolder anything.
Can I connect the cables from the Pomona adapter to your universal adapter (ADP-023) ??
Please, tell me what is the problem. The cables conduct electricity. They should work as long as they are connected to the correct pins!

all PLCC32 BIOS chips have to remove from the motherboard.
it must be programmed on the programmer.

My idea is to buy the willem usb 4x programmer.
I'd also order two adapters like this one:
http://www.mcumall.com/comersus/store/comersus_viewItem.asp?idProduct=4306
But then, how would I connect the pins? In what order??
The BIOS is a SST39VF040 chip PLCC with 32 pins soldered directly on the laptop mainboard.
Thanks a million!
