Hello,
Recentrly i got GQ-4x programmer,the problem is,that i couldn't write it.The same ptoblem i found in this topic: http://www.mcumall.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=2274
The chip is: 93c46EN(B35AD).it's from vw mk3 dashboard.I could read/erase chip, but when i write the new dump,it isn't the same after verify...Am i right,it's the chip problem, not programmer?I need new 93c46 chip because this one is for one time use?
And maybe you could tell me,when i'm reading a chip(24cxx or 93cxx),which kind to choose: 8bit or 16bit?i think it should be written ir datasheet?

Try to use latest software, there is a bug fix on 6.13 software for 93CXX.
