What do they mean.. Why is VCC 3.6V in red and failed.
This test was ran with the USB cable as power feed. No Adapter as I do not have one yet.. Would that fix this issue. Thanks Jerry

It could be one of the followings:

1. The USB port is low power output. Change to another USB port and see if it makes different. If you are using USB hub, then use powered USB hub.
2. The USB cable may have problem, change to a good USB cable, strong and short.

But this will not affect the programmer functioning. The 3.6V only for testing the USB port power voltage.
