I need help desperately.
I am trying to copy and burn SUCCESSIVELY ST M87C257's

They appear to read ok, and write and verify the new chips.. Yet the new chips do not work only the original..

What am I doing wrong or did I waste $100. I see a lot of other posts about problems with 87c257's

I bought and expected this to work based on the comparability list.

I wanted something that would work when I needed not after spending days trying to get help...

Now I am out of time and need your help... I have 36 hours to complete this task.

Thanks javascript:insertsmilie('')

If the chip can be verified, then the problem is not the programmer. It may be wrong data file, or something else.
